The deactivation and deletion functionality plays a crucial role in managing user access to an application. It allows administrators to temporarily or permanently remove the user access from the apps and services as per the business requirement.
Deactivation means that a user's access to the application is temporarily revoked or restricted. This can be useful in various scenarios, such as when a user leaves the organization or when their access needs to be suspended for security reasons. Deactivated users typically cannot log in or use the application until they are reactivated.
Deactivation is the ability to deactivate user accounts. Users who are no longer active within the system can be temporarily marked as "Deactivated." When a user is in a deactivated state, they will not have access to any applications or services until they are reactivated.
