Reports refer to structured and organized presentations of data and information, offering valuable insights and analysis for informed decision-making. These reports help users understand trends, track performance, and assess the overall health of various aspects of their business operations.
To create a new report, click on the "CREATE NEW REPORT" button located in the top right corner.
This action will present the option to select the app on which the report needs to be created from the following categories:
Custom App
Standard App
Social App
Once the app is selected, determine if the report needs to be extracted on demand or scheduled.
On Demand
Date Range - This option is used to define the time frame of the report.
Date Field - Choose from options such as Created Date and Time, Modified Date and Time, or Closed Date and Time.

Modified Date and Time
Closed Date and Time
Scheduled
Frequency - Define how often the report will be automatically extracted.
Report Frequency - Set the time frame for the report extraction, such as Today, Yesterday, This Week, etc.
Date Field - Choose from options like Created Date and Time, Modified Date and Time, or Closed Date and Time.

Closed Date and Time
Next, select filters based on which the reports are to be extracted.
Choose the App Fields, System Fields, and Formulas that will be added as columns on the right-hand side upon selection.
Enable Hierarchy View (Toggle): Use this option to decide if the hierarchy view is required in the reports or not.
Define the name of the report in the "Report Name" field.
In the "Schedule Settings" section, schedule the report using the following options:
Enable Schedule (Toggle): Use this option to enable or disable the schedule.
What time would you like to receive this report: Define the time for report extraction.
Schedule Starts On: Set the start time of the scheduled reports.
Ends On: Set the end date of the scheduled reports.
