Google Drive integration in Hubler refers to the capability of the platform to integrate and collaborate with Google Drive, a cloud-based storage and file-sharing service provided by Google. This integration enables users to access, manage, and share files stored in their Google Drive directly from within the Hubler platform.
Click on the "GDrive" option located on the top among the three integration options.
Select "Add GDrive Configuration" to open the configuration window.
Define configuration options:
Job Name (mandatory): Specify a unique name for the job.
Apps (mandatory): Choose the app within the system for data exchange.
Job Type (Interval Job/Scheduled Job)
Interval Job: Execute the job at defined intervals.
Scheduled Job: Schedule the job to run at specific times.
Frequency: Determine the frequency of the job (e.g., Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
Action: Specify the action to be performed.
Create: Create new data.
Update: Update existing data.
Delete: Delete specific data.
File Format: Define the format (CSV/JSON) for data to be sent to Google Drive.
Once the configuration options are validated, click 'Next' to proceed.
In the Credentials section window, validate the Google Drive credentials to which the data will be exchanged.
